This is our toddler room! This room has a capacity of 15 toddlers on a one to five ratio. We pride ourselves on having a calming yet welcoming environment to engage the children in developing in all areas.

Our curriculum priorities for our toddler room is to support the children in developing their communication and language skills through a variety of different real-life experiences. The staff will support the children in developing their physical independence through self serving meals, toilet training and getting themselves dressed. Helping children to begin to understand their emotions and will support the children to start self-regulating their emotions themselves.

The staff will set up lots of different activities and provocations to support the children's continuous learning throughout the day. Some examples are tweezer skills or threading to strengthen fine motor skills, small world set ups and role play opportunities.
